About our client

Discount Mortgages, which was established in 2006, is an FSA regulated company that supplies mortgage products to over 200 UK lenders.

A small company, Discount Mortgages employs 7 staff members with a few telecommuting from home. Even though they don't have a lot of employees, the company needed to ensure that their homeworkers could help answer ringing phones and integrate with the other employees.

FSA regulated companies must also have a designated statement which is given to all callers. This statement, though important, was difficult to deliver consistently due to the workload.
